3. Third-Party Service Dependencies

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes to third-party services including Google Play Store policies, Android platform updates, or external APIs used in your application. Changes to these services may require additional development work at standard rates.

4. Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to minimize project impact and adjust timelines accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
